i have a 1977 scimitar se6a gte which i have owned for a couple of years i have started to restore it but due to ill health and other commitments i am not able to complete it. It has had thousand spent on in new part , most of which were purchased from graham walkers. I t has had two new front calipers, new stainless steel manifolds, poly bushes most of the way round, brand new carb, five reconditioned wheels with new continental tires. The car has only covered 33650 miles and i have a full history with the car including all of its mot's to verify the mileage is correct . It will need respray and the interior sorting out but it would be a real shame to break this car. considering all that has been replace i am looking for £1000 ono. delivery can be arranged for about £1.20 per mile round trip on a recovery lorry. any questions please call Simon on 07547408232.

I have owned this vehicle since 1979. It was used as
a family car continuously until 1995, since that time it has been laid up in my
garage. It is complete undamaged and unmodified. Engine and running
gear have not been exercised during lay up. Recorded genuine mileage is
125000. The vehicle is free to any Scimitar enthusiast who will give
it a good home. It is currently located in the Aberdeen area.

taken out for DET conversion.
Had new head gasket + head skim, belt tensioner + belts, valve stem oil seals and valves lapped in, thermostat, new exhaust studs, manifold skimmed flat before rings went and I made the decision to go DET.Had colder NGK BKR7ES plugs and all of the usual tuning bits sorted before a T25 was fitted. T25 is now on the DET.

Scimitar 1972 GTE Blue, Se5a 3litre with overdrive, with engine, gearbox, chassis, axels etc, but currently in bits, complete with the following parts & more. Needs a lot of time & tlc to be brought back to it’s former glory. Please note this isn’t the full list of parts as we’re still sorting the house and haven’t even tackled the garage yet! race rims, auto,power steering,back shelf, tow~bar, lots+lots of bills, no miles
since last mot (expired) some engine rubber hoses will need replacing, any
